L-Series

A jaw coupling is a kind of power transmission coupling that is used to transfer torque while dampening system vibrations and accommodating misalignment, which protects other elements from damage. Jaw couplings are made of two parts: metallic hubs and an element called a spider.

Features:

  • Easy to Install
  • Maintenance free- No Lubrication required
  • Spiders are available in Natural Rubber, PU and Hytrel depending on application.
  • No metal-to-metal contact
  • Permits angular, axial, parallel or combination of these misalignments

SW-Series:

With its twist-bind Nitrile rubber joint, the Snap Wrap coupling eliminates the need for removing the connected equipment while inspecting or replacing its part. This serves as an invaluable tool when the time is limited.

Features:

  • Elastomeric member replacement (i.e., snapwrap) inspection without the need to disturb existing alignment.
  • Less Downtime- Especially useful when time is of critical essence.
  • Easy to Install
  • Maintenance free- No Lubrication required
  • Permits angular, axial, parallel or combination of these misalignments

RRL-Series:

RRL coupling is a Jaw Spacer coupling which is known as Radially Removable/Removable L type coupling. Spacer lengths available are 90,100,140 and 180mm.

Features:

  • Used in such locations as where rapid disconnection disrupts the drive or driven unit.
  • Easy to assemble & disassemble.
  • Disconnection of the spacer assemble assists to allow independent operation.
  • Maintenance free- No Lubrication required
  • No metal-to-metal contact

RRS-Series:

The RRS coupling is comprised of two standard RRS hubs and spacer assembly is comprised of two wrap spiders with O-rings, two collars with screws, and one spacer. The Standard RRS Type coupling comes with radially removable inserts.

Features:

  • Simple in Construction
  • Drop-out of Spacer does not require bolt extraction
  • Two elastic members enable double misalignment possibility, flexibility, and smoother power transfer
  • Less Downtime- Especially useful when time is of critical essence
  • Aluminium spacer reduces the weight of the coupling which gives it an advantage of lower Moment of Inertia

RFC-Series:

RFC couplings are a general all-purpose coupling available in eight different taper-bore sizes. RFC couplings are also available in pilot-bore and finished bore.

Features:

  • Easy to assemble & disassemble.
  • Permits angular, axial, parallel or combination of these misalignments
  • Fail-Safe coupling- Inter-linking hubs acts as a safeguard
  • Protects flexible element from effect of corrosive atmosphere, oil, heat, etc.

RN series:

Rathi N-flex couplings includes graded cast iron hubs and a set of H-shaped highly resilient blocks that accommodates parallel, angular, and axial misalignments, as well as withstands torsional vibrations. Rathi N-flex spacer couplings (Type- RNS) are suitable for use with Back Pull-out Pumps, in which the impeller can be disassembled without affecting the motor and pump from the base frame.

Features:

  • Simple in Construction
  • Ease of Maintenance
  • No Lubrication Required
  • Low Operational cost
  • Quiet and Smooth in operation

H / HR Series:

H / HR coupling is part of the Jaw coupling family but comes into use when there is higher requirement of Power (i.e Heavy Duty applications). It comes with individual spiders which are held in place by a Steel collar.

Features:

  • Individual cushions held by Steel collar.
  • Easy Installation
  • Material of Casting- S.G Iron
  • Complete Machined Castings
  • Cushions can be easily kept in check at all times.

RRJ-Series:

The RRJ series comes with a PU Spider, has a compact design and also has a high power to weight ratio. These couplings are used where higher torque is required in small spaces.

Features:

  • No Lubrication Required
  • Easy Installation
  • Fail-Safe coupling
  • Torsionally flexible, Vibration Damping
  • Couplings are Inherently Balanced

Rotex Series:

ROTEX torsionally flexible jaw couplings, known as Elastomer Couplings, have a compact design. They are usually light in weight and low in moment of inertia and in spite of this, they are able to transmit high torque. The long service life of their compact design and solid operating characteristics are made possible by all-over machining. Rotex couplings can be manufactured with Taper bore, clamping rings, Clamping hubs, Split hubs, Spacer, Flange, Intermediate Shaft and brake drum as per customer requirement.

Features:

  • Torsionally Flexible
  • Dampens Vibrations
  • Maintenance free
  • Fail Safe
  • Can transfer high torque in compact sizes

Polynorm Series:

POLY-NORM shaft couplings are characterized by a compact design. The torque is transmitted through the elastomers between the cams, also mitigating displacements and vibration frequencies. Polynorm couplings are available in Standard Type, Flange type, Brake drum, Brake disc and also with a drop out design as per customer requirement.

Feasture:

  • Torsionally flexible
  • Fail Safe
  • Compact design
  • Dampens vibration
  • Easy Installation
